Gluten-Free Pizza Base

Ingredients

  • 250g GF plain flour blend
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 200ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add water + oil, knead into dough.
  3. Cover, rise 1 hr.
  4. Roll out, top, bake 12–15 min at 220°C.
