Ingredients
- 250g GF plain flour blend
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 200ml warm water
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add water + oil, knead into dough.
- Cover, rise 1 hr.
- Roll out, top, bake 12–15 min at 220°C.
