Oats, seeds, and dates blended into bite‑size snacks.
Ingredients
- 200g oats (GF if needed)
- 200g pitted dates
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp DF milk
Method
- Blend oats, dates, seeds, cocoa in processor.
- Add DF milk if too dry.
- Roll into balls, chill 30 min.

- Roll in coconut or cocoa for coating.
- Freeze well.
