Nut-Free Energy Balls

Oats, seeds, and dates blended into bite‑size snacks.

Ingredients

  • 200g oats (GF if needed)
  • 200g pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp DF milk

Method

  1. Blend oats, dates, seeds, cocoa in processor.
  2. Add DF milk if too dry.
  3. Roll into balls, chill 30 min.

Tips

  • Roll in coconut or cocoa for coating.
  • Freeze well.
